• We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product; we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

• For all other products, we will refund 100% of the product cost after deducting a shipping charge of Rs.100/-. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer

• After we receive a product for replacement/refund, we will review the product within 3 working days and initiate the process of replacement or refund. If a product has to be replaced, it will be shipped within 3 working days post the validation of the product for replacement.

• The refund will be happen within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the goods
